SNCN's first initiative centers neurodivergent voices through a collection of Neurodivergent-Approved, Neurodiversity-Affirming Book Recommendations.

In partnership with the Maplewood Memorial Library, SNCN is collecting recommendations for books that offer accurate, intersectional, and nuanced representations of neurodivergence. We prioritize works that challenge ableist stereotypes, affirm neurodiversity, and deepen understanding of the wide range of neurodivergent experiences.

The collection features separate lists for picture books, young adult titles, and adult books, creating accessible resources for readers of all ages.

All recommendations are reviewed by SNCN volunteers.
